Improved Link Creation
by Steve Testone on March 15th, 2011

Creating a link to another URL has always been fairly simple with SnapPages. You could either enter in a custom URL or just select one of your pages from a drop-down menu and it would create the link for you. The only problem is that if you have more twenty pages it takes a really long time to scroll through all your pages to find the one you want.

So in order to improve this we've streamlined the process so that now it's easier then ever to enter a link. You can still manually enter a URL but now instead of a drop-down menu, your pages are displayed in a list below the link form. This list is much easier to scroll through then the previous version and the best part is that it's searchable. So if you know the page you want to link to you can just search for it and the list will narrow down to show you only pages that match your search.

This might seem like a small update but it should save some of you a lot of time. We hope to have a lot more of these little improvements added over the next few weeks as we continue to work on our bigger projects.

This is a good update. I've had lists of drop-down pages so long that my screen wasn't tall enough to get to the bottom! Thanks for this improvement.
